OTRE & the Arts Commission teamed up in August to present the 3-B Festival of Blues, Beach and Bluegrass. A hit with the crowd, the family friendly event featured a sidewalk art contest, sand castle building contest and treasure hunt, and a Heart of the Carolinas scavenger hunt, Shag Lessons & Contest all with cash prizes and trophies. The Chesterfield Arts Commission Music on Main Series Featured jazz, beach, blues, bluegrass, pop and gospel in 2007. Music on first Thursdays also included displays by local artists. |
